Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions defined in Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer has, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.

To exercise this right, simply contact us by email at: maisonarlya.bijoux@gmail.com, specifying your order number. The jewelry must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition and in its original packaging.

The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used during the purchase.
